1 Jun 2023 - Second Day of the Rally

 

Jim Bonacci and Doreen.  These Alliance folks are family.

Just a quick post tonight.  It has been a long day full of seminars and other events.  Today was day 2 of 3 for the Alliance 2023 Rally.  We started off the morning with a continental breakfast  and then right into seminars.  The first one was Coleman Air Conditioning Systems followed by a Dexter Hands On Brake and Axle session which was extremely helpful.  We also attended an RV Maintenance and Care class which I taught in 2021.  Later there was a Suburban Furnace and Water Heater class.  

Our son-in-law Keith competed in a bags tournament but was unfortunately eliminated in this round.  

While Keith and I were attending seminars, some of the ladies attended a crafting session where they decorated blue Alliance ducks.  They will be used similar to the ducks common to the Jeep community

Later several members of the Alliance Team stopped by our campsites including co-owner Ryan Brady, Curtis Carlson and his brother Steve, Ab, Jeremiah, Ben, Brenda,  and many many others.  It is so nice to be able to thank these great Alliance folks for everything they do.

Alliance provided a great dinner from a local barbecue restaurant and then we had live entertainment in the amphitheater.   Doreen joined Tracy Martin for some dance moves!

 

Tomorrow is packed full of seminars, plus the closing ceremony and dinner.  That's it for tonight!
