On our way back we stopped by the office and our package had arrived that contained my new GPS mount. In Goshen my old mount failed, the one I just got at the start of our trip. A company called Bullit Point has developed a multi-purpose device mount based on a 20mm ball that fits in the worthless little tray in the center of the dash above the radio. It is nice because it is adaptable to various devices like cell phones, GPS, tire monitor, etc. It was not inexpensive, but the mounts I've been getting from Amazon have not lasted at all. So I got it all installed and it came out good. We will see how this one holds up.
This evening we were invited over to the Cerny's for dinner so while we were out we picked up some dessert items. I also prepped a grilled jalapeno appetizer. I halved and cleaned some jalapenos, stuffed them with pepper jack and sharp cheddar mixed with cream cheese, wrapped them in bacon and seasoned them with Tony's. Then they went on the grill for a half hour.
This evening we joined Kelley and Steve Cerny for smoked pork dinner at their Alliance Paradigm 390MP. Also there were Cheryl and Bob Ortwein who live here at the campground and have an Alliance Paradigm. Also joining us for dinner was Tabitha and Kevin Maser who are also Alliance Paradigm owners and are new work-campers here at the park. They both arrived Saturday also, coming up from the Alliance Rally just like we did.
Tomorrow we may drive North in the search of the Petosky stones!
